Project Targets	The applicant proposed a business model trial for the public to place order for door-to-door recyclables collection service with a monthly fee through developing an online application For residents of three (3) private housing estates in Tsuen Wan district. 5-10 underprivileged or ethnic minorities would be trained up as recycling ambassadors to collect the recyclables and deliver directly to proper recycling points (i.e. Green Community of EPD), and they would be remunerated based on the number of completed collection. The project mainly included the following areas: Provide another choice for those users who are keen on recycling but far away from the recycling points or the opening hours of recycling points could not match their daily schedule. Implement the idea through additional manpower, app development, promote the scheme through online and offline marketing etc. 7.3 tonnes of recyclables would be collected through the scheme.
